The healthiest avocado dressing I’ve ever made:)
I love avocados so much. And once I purchased an avocado dressing that was immensely disappointing. Which makes sense, you can’t add that much avocado since it won’t stabilize well in a jar. But this takes 5 minutes and packed with flavor!
What you need:
-1/4 cup cilantro minced
-2 tbsp. unsweetened coconut yogurt
-1 tbsp. water
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1/4 tsp kosher salt
-1/2 lime juice
-fresh ground pepper to taste
Combine all of the ingredients into a food processor. You’ll want to blend, then give it a few minutes, then blend again and continue till you get your desired consistency.
Then serve! I just mixed in with some arugula and quite enjoyed it’s brightness!!
